Processing was very fast

The wait time to pick up the car was quite long, and they didn't tell us how to exit the parking lot after we got the car. We had to drive around and observe everything to find the right way out. However, the return experience was excellent.

The wait time in line when picking up the car was quite long.

Great service

We picked up the car in the morning with hardly any wait time. The staff did not push us to buy insurance.

When we arrived to pick up the car, we found out that the car rental company wasn't prepared and made us wait for 3 hours. After picking up the car, no staff helped us with our luggage and they overcharged us.

Like: It was easy to get the car and returned it.
Dislike: It was only one car on the lot so when they told me to choose the car I wanted there was only one.

Like: the car is too safe, good space inside
Dislike: no words

Did not handle car hold issues promptly, charged indiscriminately, disregarded customer interests, hard to find help on the phone, each call took over 10 minutes to get answered, encountered a lot of irresponsible people, very unlucky.

Returned the car half an hour late due to traffic, but they waived the extra fee immediately.

Like: Very helpful, stayed late so I could return the car after hours.

Dislike: The transportation to the airport was so late that I missed my flight.

Very simple and convenient to pick up and drop off.

I booked a Toyota Camry online, but received a Kia Soul instead. They told me it's a similar type of car. However, the trunk was noticeably smaller and could not fit all our luggage, which took up space in the back seat.

Like: Professionalism
Dislike: Clean car and quick pick up and drop off at the airport

Pickup and return were very fast, no sales pitches, and the return signs were fairly clear.

Like: Sightseeing was great.... Loved Canada's Wonderland.... My kids enjoyed The African Safari as well as Niagara Falls....
Dislike: Only had one bad experience.... I went to the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Toronto. The meal tasted great, then upon leaving I left my bag with some goodies on my table... I returned after 5 mins to find my bag gone and no one knew where it was... The people who cleaned our table did not see the bag and they were literally cleaned as soon as we left... I left my number with the manager but no one ever called to say if they ever found the bag.....
