Like: Easy rental experience.

Excellent

Like: Staff was very good and friendly, loved the the way they greeted and attended us. I also like the car as i had booked a 5 door SUV (Nissan) or similar & i got the Jeep wrangler. the kids just loved it and it was fun driving it.
Dislike: I did not like the long commute from arrival to viscount station and then calling them for the shuttle. i think this could be improved. When you are alone its fine as there is less luggage and easy. but with kids and alot of luggage its kinda difficult.

Like: Except a long wait to pick up the car, the rest was really good.
Dislike: It took about 45 minutes to pick up the car

Like: The car was new, in great condition and everything was working perfectly. Drop off was extremely quick and efficient and I really appreciated that. I would gladly rent again!
Dislike: The location was a little hard to find and when I tried to phone to receive directions, nobody answered. However, I ended up asking airport staff how to get in and they told me.

Like: Selection from various vehicles is great! Vehicles were very clean and in great shape.

The staff are patient and don't push insurance. The handover process was quick.

First: The car’s braking distance was too long, and I had an accident because of it. Furthermore, the follow-up service to the accident was not transparent. I detailed the accident process, but did not receive any update on the handling result, and 500 CAD was deducted from me. At pickup, the staff urged me to buy additional insurance, or else they required a 500 CAD pre-authorization. I chose the latter, and the staff seemed to know that the car had a higher probability of accidents. Additionally, other branches did not require the purchase of extra insurance.

The rental company staff didn’t explain clearly during pickup, so we ended up buying additional insurance to reduce the excess, even though we had already purchased a comprehensive supplement insurance in our home country. I thought it was a pre-payment, so I signed the document.

Customer service lacks problem-solving ability

The staff were very friendly.

The suggested credit card linkage for tolls and fuel discounts required a pre-authorized hold on the credit card. Furthermore, the fuel discount involved an upfront service fee by the company, making the discount feel insignificant during refueling.

The rental company was too hard to find from the airport. The customer service did not give clear directions, so we walked around a lot.
