Nice clean and comfortable car. Pleasant, competent staff. Great location. Just wish it had been available for the duration of my trip instead of a week.

They are okay. A bit passive aggressive. Insurance issue wasnt entirely their fault but this should be clearly communicated to the customer. Got told there was a disclaimer in their PDS. Ask them to show me and took them 15 minutes to find. So if it takes them that long to locate the fine print. Image how long for your average customer?

Very easy to deal with, everything went smoothly apart from directions to pick up point, should say once out of the airport go straight across the road and through undercover walkway, not just follow undercover walkway as this goes to the right as well.

Car had a slight foul smell.. but this went away after a while. Older vehicle but worked well

On the day of arrival, we couldn't get ferry tickets. They helped us modify the rental service, so we rented the same model from SNAP on both North and South Islands, as we were already familiar with it.

The upgrade gave us a much larger car, which took some getting used to.

車両は小型SUV(Kia Niroと同等クラス)ではなく、ガソリン車のKia Sentosでした。スタッフの説明は「Busy seasonだから」 ほぼ新車(走行距離3126km)で良かったけど、ハイブリッドのつもりだったのでガソリン代が2倍以上かかった。 あとdollarはHertz/Thifty系列だと知らず店舗カウンターを見つけられず、やむなく他の店舗スタッフに聞いて分かった。

Shuttle pickup location a long distance from airport with bags. Outdoor walk subject to weather.

Rental with Apex through QEEQ while in Hamilton was a good price. But in Wellington I rented with yesaway through Momondo as their prices were better. Now feeling my QEEQ membership may not be cost effective

Credit Card blocked up with excessive insurance excess hold. Told it will take unto ten day for the block to be removed

The store provided us with a car whose right front tire's safety line was completely worn out. Such tire conditions would lead to a blowout within two or three days. The next day, the tire did blow out, and luckily it happened when we were starting from a stationary position! If it had blown out while driving at 100 km/h, the consequences would have been unimaginable. This rental company is truly irresponsible. Is it safe to assume they only replace tires when they blow out?

The car could have been a little cleaner. Staff did not use sheet to locate dents and scratches. I took my own photos
