Great price!

The car we were given was an old model it was in poor condition, scratched on the outside a chip in the drivers side windscreen, high mileage and it felt unsafe to drive. After 1 day we took it back and hired another car from a different company.

Easyrentcars I can not fault I wished I had done more research into Yes Rentals before clicking book.

We never had this car. They were sold out and we had to wait more than an hours to finally get the smallest car in the parking lot.

The pickup location is not far from the airport, and there were shuttles both ways. Very convenient.

Good service. We did notice a big chip in the windshield after we drove away...we took it back and it was repaired on the spot (hence the slightly longer pick up time.)

It makes customer extremely uncomfortable when your staff conducted forensic check on the returning car for almost 15 min. It does not work that way in the car rent industry.

The car was satisfactory for what we need it for the staff where help and pleasant when we picked up the car

Due to our flight arrive early, if possible,please allow the client pick up car early, more flexibility.

Excellent & fast

Easy pickup and return, got a free upgrade to an Alfa. The staff were extremely friendly and, more importantly, professional, giving us many important reminders.

The car booked was a Porsche Cayenne and I was disappointed with the age/condition of the car. During full lock of the steering wheel, the car kept making a low whining sound. The stereo/radio unit was damaged and was clearly glued back several times. The aircon vents were also damaged. Overall, I was disappointed in this car rental

Good discount option for hire car

Service was terrible. When drop off the car, the service lady insisted there were scratches and asked for penalty. I wiped off the scratches as they were just dirt. That lady insisted there was a chip on the windshield and asked for penalty as well. I explained it was evidenced on check in and that was not caused by me. However I still received a letter claiming $120 repair fee for that tiny 10mm chip. The company is clearly cheating the money!

Easy and fast booking. I have been using EasyRentCars for multiple bookings and found it very user friendly.

I think scotties’s shuttle (when I pick up)is really hard to find,so I walk 20 or more minutes to get there.However,scotties’s staff is good,they can speak Chinese to help us.(when I went to Christchurch)

When I send e-mail to Easyrentcar,they send me answer swiftly,and made feel so nice.

The wait time for renting was very long due to insufficient staff. After returning the car, I was charged over 100 dollars and have not received a resolution from the rental company yet.
