The young lady T the front desk was polite and courteous. She was friendly and welcomed me and my family with a smile. She was very helpful explaining the process and helped me a lot getting through to get what I needed. A big applause as she was patient with other customers before my turn. I will return.

Great car. Too bad that one of the speakers was broke. Music had a cracky sound.

Alamo was good but their agent did not really have time to explain what insurance is for what. I recommend buying at least the tyre insurance from them so you are not mandated to pay a huge bill in case of a puncture. (For the comprehensive insurance you have a lot of options via Easyrentcars, Credit Cards, Travel insurance, etc. Usually the one at the Alamo counter is the most expensive. So do the math before you travel!) In case you want a specific model as I did: Alamo has a huge selection of cars at the LA branch. When you get off the bus you can actually quickly check what cars are in the bay. I really wanted a Mustang convertible. Since I did not know to check in the bay before entering the branch I asked the agent if it was available. He offered me a Mustang Cabrio GT as an upgrade. But since I was not willing to pay a £250 upgrade on top of the £250 rental I took the risk of having a similar model. Luckily they had several Mustang convertibles available and I just took one of them without upgrading.

Easyrentcars is a superb provider. They make it super easy to find the right car for your needs. And I really like their feature that re-books the same car in case it becomes cheaper over time.

The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly quick. They did try to sell various types of insurance, but we didn't need them so they didn't insist further.

I had to exchange the car since it had some noises from the wheels. All budget cars are heavly used

They do not acknowledge the terms of the order made through Zuzuche, and they are unwilling to communicate with the local Zuzuche representative. Very arbitrary.

Thrilled at how quick the pick up process was. More than enough staff behind the counter.

The rudest and dishonest people that I ever deal with, taking advantage of people and charge them without their authorization, under a very busy, hot and long line of waiting to get to the counter they ask you to sign a paper that is totally opposite of the verbal agreement, i specifically told them that I do not need any of their extra protection or liability insurance, yet they charged me extra and accused me that I signed the paper agreement without noticing of those charges. I am trying every day to call them and talk about my issue but the line is always busy and no matter how long you are waiting you could never reach to customer service.

The car exceeded my expectations. It took a while to figure out what shuttle took us to the remote car rental depot. After that, the process was rather fast.

Booking was easy. I recommend it to anyone.

The process was very simple and the pick-up/drop-off location was easy to find. The efficiency for both picking up and returning the car was very high.

I have all insurance I need but when I pick up the car the staff told me a must buy more Which was not Right

23 July 8 Pm.The driver of shuttle bus send me at LAX arrival terminal instead of departure terminal. He say that the traffic is too Jam. So I try to carry my 2 big baggages up to second floors to Departure gate by myself..(very far) . Don’t do this again Thank you
