Pedimos un SUV y nos dieron un Jeep Wrangler. El coche esta muy bien, pero consume bastante mas que un SUV normal.

Easy to schedule and excellent price.

The counter personnel was very patient as I wanted a specific vehicle. He spent time until I found my ideal vehicle. They tried to sell many different products.

Long and slow processing. Long wait time both at rental counter and shuttle. Boarded shuttle with 10 other people but we had to wait over 20 minutes.

Price drop protector is good but not perfect. Most of the times the prices can drop lower than the price drop protector indicate.

I didn't expect when time for pickup I did to pay extra for mileage even though it say unlimited mileage.

When I rent from EasyRentCars.com I seem to get the worst condition cars at the Rental agency. This happened three times this trip. The cars are just older and the tires are worn etc. Never happened when I went through rental company directly.

Terrible experience. The airport car rental point was too small with limited vehicles, and early pick-up was not allowed. Customers were made to wait without reason, and the staff at the airport location were rude. When picking up the car, the fuel gauge was not full, but customers were asked to sign off on a full tank return. The staff were dishonest; a customer left an item in the car, and the employee falsely claimed it wasn't there.

The car I ordered was not available at this location which did not help and the alternative vehicle was not ready for over an hour.

The car was very dirty - not happy with its condition! We arrived at LAX late at night and the inside of the windscreen was filthy which made driving very dangerous. Reported it to the staff at pick up and drop off but no one seemed to care.

The car was near new and picking up the rental vehicle was really straight forward, the only thing was the wait in the line to be served as there were a lot of people renting cars.

Je suis passé par Easyrentcars, j'ai fait 300 € d'économie et tout s'est très bien passé ! Pas de problème pour récupérer la voiture (CB à mon nom pour l'empreinte et permis de conduire français), j'avoue avoir eu un peu peur à la lecture de certains avis sur internet. Mais je n'ai vraiment eu aucun soucis pour récupérer et rendre la voiture !

The speed of car rental in the US is more or less the same across companies, always slow, haha.
