There are a lot of hidden fees which we were not aware of On top of paying on the qeeq website we spent another $500 something usd at the location and the tolls after the fact.

Find a better system so we know about ALL the fees

O carro, o modelo, Ford Escape, nos atendeu muito bem. O Veículo já era bem rodado, tinha algún riscos, tinha manchas no interior. Estava limpo e preparado para nosso uso.

Não achei um telefone com quem falar, pois estou sendo cobrado pela segunda vez. Quero resolver isso e não estou achando facilmente uma forma de resolver.

Did not have enough cars, check in process was long and we had to wait for a car to be returned before we could leave. Only booked it 14months previously, I suppose we could have given them a little more notice.

I was happy with what I paid fair price.

AVIS was efficient all the way. It was not the same with the previous rental I had two days before in Cape Canaveral, that was a disaster: they dis not have a 12 seater as booked with QEEQ so same morning they cancelled the QEEQ booking and issued a new AVIS only booking, charging me 50% more for a 7 seater KIA carnival in orrible conditions.

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

Flight was delayed by 14 hours , Qeeq customer service responded to my email very quickly

Car was fantastic The shuttle collection from the airport was a little long; the instructions weren’t clear that we needed to call Sonic to arrange collection, but we did get help from other shuttle drivers

After a few days an engine warning light came on and I had to exchange the car which was a bit of hassle. They wanted to give me a much older car but it shuddered and eventually I was given a nice new car.

The car was slightly bigger than expected and in very good condition. Nice to drive. Counter staff were very helpful and got us on our way promptly.

This is the second time using QEEQ and the service and ease of use are great.

Me cargaron un servicio que no solicité y el servicio al cliente de Easirent no ha respondido correctamente.

It was pouring rain, and we were expected to inspect the vehicle using an iPad in an uncovered lot. Additionally, they didn't have enough iPads for all customers so we had to wait. When I finally got an iPad, the vehicle keys they gave me didn't work with any van on the lot - they were a spare set of keys to a van already rented to someone else. NU found me another van but didn't update the rental policy with the new van information until I pointed it out to them. Pick up was a real mess and there were other customers who rented children's car seats but they were broken and not functional.

They gave the wrong car so lost a lot of time on loading up getting ready to be told change cars . Wrong car in the bay given

The car matched my expectations. The shuttle bus to and from the airport would have been pleasant if the air conditioning on the shuttle had been adequate. Instead it was a very hot and unpleasant 30 minute ride to and from the rent a car in the middle of hot summer days. A/C on the shuttle bus was on but not cooling.
