We got Ford Focus station wagon, which was an upgrade from the booked car. Did not receive the instructions how to enter "rental return" part of the Paris CDG Terminal parking, so ended up in the public car park.

They didn't inform me about the insurance when picking up the car, only mentioned the deposit. In the end, they charged me 3599.82 RMB for insurance. It's a rip-off! Currently appealing to the rental company.

it's the worst company. when you rent some car you want amability, and HONESTLY. And in the office i found meny people whit the same problem than me. we arrived more later (for the travel) and they ask u$100 for the delay in take the car later, just one example. Really bad service. Es una lastima el mal servicio y falta. ala honestidad, entre todos los empleados solo encontramos una persona amable y con eficiencia par atender.

Facturé de 70 euros au retour du véhicule après 10 jours de location car il y avait des poils de bulldog à l'avant. On nous a dit qu'il fallait faire intervenir une société extérieure pour nettoyer. Il suffit d'un coup d'aspirateur pour les enlever. Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait nettoyer les voitures avant de les rendre, on perd un peu de l'intérêt de la location. Je pense surtout que c'est un moyen de faire de l'argent, ... 70 euros pour nettoyer une voiture, je n'ai jamais vu ça...

The service was quite good, no issues, everything went smoothly.

The car was brand new, exceptionally clean, easy to drive and we found the hire company easily after leaving the airport. We found the car very economical and perfect size for 2 people with a small amount of luggage. The only reservation we had was that in purchased full cover insurance to ensure we had zero excess upon damage and the counter person STILL tried to sell us further insurance?!

Great idea to rebook and get a cheaper price right up to the day of hire pick up. We only saved £3 on this occasion but any saving is appreciated.

Car wasn’t available when we arrived. Team tried their best but still wasted 2 hours.

Le personnel du guichet n'était pas agréable et cela a pris trop de temps pour prendre l'auto.

Il était spécifié qu'on pouvait mettre 2 grosses valises dans le coffre alors que c'était impossible. J'avais d'ailleurs laissé un commentaire en precisant que je voulais pouvoir mettre 2 grosses valises. Le montant de l'auto ne devait pas être encaissé avant la date de prise de l'auto pourtant il a été encaissé immédiatement. Le coffre de la voiture n'etait absolument pas pratique, surtout pour la France avec les petits espaces.

La voiture était très bien, bon état, peu de consommation gasoil, voiture stable. Le personnel d'accueil est très affable, sympathique et professionnel. Les prix sont très bien, nous avons fait 4 locations de voiture durant notre séjour et c'est la meilleure location. Le choix de véhicules est cependant limité car l'agence est petite et on ne peut pas choisir le véhicule à l'avance

Europcar forced us to buy extra insurance during the rental process. Due to language barriers, it was assumed we agreed by default. This resulted in us paying over 4000 RMB more for insurance. This feels like a consumer trap and makes us question the company's integrity.

it is easy to find Thrifty in CDG airport T1 just on the right with other companies (Hertz and Thrifty is together). We have waited like 15-20 mins at total. Car was in a good condition and they offer free peachy botted water and also they were helpful.

Je pense que le kilométrage aurait pu être illimité puisque c'était une location à la journée (12h) et que le véhicule n'aurait jamais traversé la France entière donc qu'il y aurait donc eu peu de kilométrage !
