Pas d’agent présent au comptoir. C’est l’agent du comptoir national qui m’a pris en charge.

Arrivée à l'aéroport avec 1h en avance. Refus au guichet de débuter la longue procédure de récupération. Nous devons revenir, refaire la queue une demi-heure, puis attendre la remise des clés, 25 min. Finalement, nous nous installons dans la voiture une bonne heure après l'heure de réservation.

It was great. As a five-star member, I got a brand new car! The staff at the counter were very polite.

La voiture etait top et très maniable pour les longs trajets. Gros manque de place pour les bagages bien que l'espace pour les jambes soit largement suffisant pour les grands. L'attente au comptoir d'accueil aurait pu etre mieux gerée si les 3 postes avaient ete occupés. Personnel tres agreable.

Efficiency is low and work is slow, waited a long time with only a few people in line. Seems like most French workers are like this. Their attitude is acceptable.

Upon arrival, I was made to wait for nearly an hour. They didn't inform me in advance that a similar model wasn't available and directly gave me a lower-class car, forcing me to accept it. After two hours of arguing, they finally replaced it with a similar-class vehicle. However, when returning the car, they charged me an extra €956. When I asked why, the counter for different location returns just shrugged it off. Terrible car rental company.

The staff was really good and the pick up and drop process was hassle free. The cars Europecar rent is in fabulous and they always have good options that suit your requirement. Live Europecar.

It was really easy to book the car everything was in details so had no question. The app has handy details for pick up and drop. The customer service was excellent as they really responded very well to queries and also helped in case I was unable to contact Europecar. Overall it was excellent experience.

Everything was smooth. Apart from picking up and returning the car which required store interaction, everything was handled on my phone.

The car I have reserved was not available at the time of pick up. The staff was very helpful to check other alternative options for me. Finally, a car on the same range has been arranged. It took some times to settle the whole rental process. I greatly appreciate the excellent service provided and would be great if the car could be clean up before rental.

Easy to use. At the beginning, I reserved another type of vehicle. I have amended my booking at the last-minute. I did get a full refund for my previous booking and made a new booking smoothly.

C est sixt le loueur et non hertz

La climatisation du véhicule ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous étions en été avec des températures élevées. Le véhicule n'était pas équipé d'antenne radio et j'ai payé au final 100 euros de plus par rapport au prix indiqué à la réservation alors que je n'ai pris aucune option.
