L’attente au guichet était affreuse. Le lieu de restitution était imprécis, au point que je me suis trompé de parking. Je suis très déçu.

2 heures pour récupérer la voiture ! Il faut faire 2 fois la queue à deux endroits différents. Il y avait 6 guichets mais 3 puis 2 avec du personnel qui, lui, a fait ce qu'il a pu.

Picked up the car from CDG airport without problem. Tested fine except noisy wheel and braking. 1 hour into the journey, problem of the braking system got worse. Called the technical support and offered 2 options: car tow without replacement or drive back to the airport for a swap. We chose to drive back with slowly to the airport to avoid accident. Countered already closed after midnight. Rented hotel room at the airport at our own cost and got the car replaced the next day. The staffs said the car was checked and certified before handed over to us and will do another round of testing and will give us the report.

When we arrived they told us they had no automatic vehicles, despite the reservation being made a month in advance and specifying that this was a requirement. They told us someone was returning one and we would have to wait. After an hour, they gave us the car which was actually a large SUV. We were told it would be a compact Toyota Prius or similar. This meant we spent way more in fuel costs than we should have. Unacceptable. We spent more than 50€ on a half a tank, and had no need for a vehicle this size. The vehicle was also not cleaned between the previous person and us, so it was quite dirty.

Overall, quite efficient and the staff were friendly. When returning the car, a Black guy mentioned there was a spare key missing from the car key. I had no idea about it as it was like that when I received it and no one informed me. Just a minor issue.

Dissatisfied, the car was not a Volvo, they gave me an old Citroen C3 instead.

Unorganized, made me buy insurance even after I had already bought it

Bonjour, j'avais réservé une Peugeot 208, prenant en compte mon nombre de bagages ainsi que la taille des valises. Vous m'avez donné une Opel Corsa, de bien moindre capacité. Mes voyages aller et retour avec mes valises ont été pénibles et périlleux.

Q at desk for car was 90 mins. Never again.

Picking up the car was quite complicated. First, they didn't have the car model we booked and kept pushing us to upgrade. The rental company even had a Chinese-speaking person call us to persuade us to upgrade. After we insisted on not upgrading, they initially said there were no cars and we'd have to wait 30 minutes. I agreed to wait, but then the customer service representative disappeared. After half an hour, they still hadn't returned, so we had to find another representative to finally get the keys. When we went to the parking lot to pick up the car, the attendant wasn't there either. We waited around 20 minutes without seeing anyone. Since we were in a hurry, we inspected the car ourselves and left as there were no issues.

Excellent véhicule, intérieur très propre, quelques taches sur la carrosserie mais rien de méchant. Mention moyenne pour le personnel à guichet, plus directif qu’aimable forçant la main sur des services d’assurance inutiles car déjà pris en amont. Personnel à la livraison du véhicule sympathique et efficace. Idem pour la restitution.

Queue times depend on the situation. When it's busy, the wait time can be long. I waited in line for about half an hour.

Les prix sont bons mais parce que l'on fait jouer la concurrence. Proposez une carte de fidelité avec un tarif correct et on restera chez vous.

l will not use Budget,when I asked to add me to the driver, they want charge double.and not pemmitted to change the driver's name, not permitted to change credit card
