Over two hours long wait at a stuffy hot waiting room in LaGuardia. No compensation, not even sorry for the long wait. Waisted half a day of our trip.

I would still recommend renting, but the toll pass is a bit of a scam. However, it's a company policy, so just deal with it. The staff in San Francisco were very nice, but the African American employee at Ontario Airport in Los Angeles was not friendly. I personally felt that White or Hispanic staff were very friendly, while Asian and African American staff were not friendly to us.

Simpler than the terms.

Cars were in excellent condition.

Booking procedure is very easy and user friendly! the site was probably the best among all other car rental sites i visited. I will definitely use it again.
