Pick up station changes times and we didn't know

I could pick up the car even though I booked it at a different branch. Great service!

So far, I'm satisfied. Not sure if there will be any fines later, though. Haha.

The car was great except it smelled horrible of marijuana. We had two small children with us. It was so bad that we had to buy an air freshener to put in the car. We all were getting nauseous every time we got in the car. This was a non smoking vehicle so I can’t believe someone turned the car back in smelling that strongly of marijuana.

Smooth and easy

Car met expectations, a few minor scrapes on it but nothing major. Received the car that I had wanted and expected. No hard sell for any extras. No queue on arrival and process was completed very swiftly. No complaints at all.

Booking was relatively simple. Read some bad reviews afterwards which gave me some doubts but received everything that I had requested once at arrival airport (Orlando). No complaints at all.
