Disconcerting when you get in the car and the display indicates mechanical work was due.

It might be because the prices are cheap, so there are a lot of people renting cars at Budget, resulting in long queues. The car conditions are all similar.

This is my second time renting from this specific location. I actually went out of my way to use this office instead of a closer one because the customer service here is always amazing. The manager is wonderfully accommodating, friendly and makes the pick up and drop off process a complete breeze. Definitely my favourite location for car hires in Pasadena / LA area.
