Disconcerting when you get in the car and the display indicates mechanical work was due.

The pickup location was hard to find, and the address provided was not detailed enough. Since there were no small cars available, they gave us a bigger car and asked us to come back on Monday for a replacement, which was inconvenient. However, we eventually got a Mustang, which was a new experience.

The manager was not very friendly. When I arrived to return the car, I mentioned I needed two more minutes to refuel, but he said no and even bragged about how much he would fine me.

Previous experiences were fine, but this time in Baltimore, the attitude of a Black woman at the exit was extremely poor. Even with the rental agreement, she still demanded a passport, checked the keys, and after checking, she didn't open the barrier promptly, making us wait for several minutes. Budget should train this employee. Very dissatisfied!

The service attitude is indifferent, they miscalculated the bill, spent a lot of time, but the condition of the vehicle was quite satisfactory.
