No Chinese service and pushing insurance. Due to being in a rush to drive away, I ended up buying insurance twice, once via the renting app and once from the rental company! Additionally, any traffic violations will incur a fee of 44 AUD.

the staff at pick up in MELBOURNE city branch were not professional (not the office staff). the car was not clean, not on the out side and especially on the inside. at pick up I found a screw stuck in the wheel
