Received an unexplained bill the day after returning the car. Renting the car for a day only cost over 300 RMB, but the unexplained bill was $120. I drove from Key West to Miami Beach to return the car. Now I've initiated an after-sales request and am waiting for a response.
Very dissatisfied. I've used other car rental companies in the US, and their service was good and fast. We arrived at Budget around 9 AM, and there were many people in line, but only three or four service desks were open.
Collection process is too slow, staff have to input far too much information into their computer systems. It’s more about who we were rather than the car. As we have already done so much of it online it felt like too much duplication
