There was only one member of staff on duty and the booking process takes a while. With customers ahead of use and after a long haul flight another agent would have been welcomed. When it was our turn the agent was very pleasant and professsional.

No problems at all and the message sent to use during the hurricane was appreciated.

The car was relatively new and in good condition. Several rental companies' stores are located in the train station hall. There was only one Budget staff member, so I had to wait a bit, and the processing speed was somewhat slow. Both pickup and drop-off are in the underground parking lot, which is easy to find.
