I returned the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was not full and charged me for 1.8 gallons (about 6.8 liters). They said the tank was 15.5 gallons when I picked up the car and 13.7 gallons when I returned it. Whether the rental company has the ability and time to accurately measure the fuel level is questionable. Even after the fuel nozzle clicks, you can still add a few more liters. They charged $9.9 per liter plus an 11.11% service fee. Extremely dissatisfied.

The queue was a bit long, and we couldn't complete the process together (other companies allowed multiple cars to be processed at a single counter)

Overall good impression, but they charged an additional 8 dollars for extending the booking.
