Not bad, quite satisfactory. However, the actual car provided was a Korean one, and the right front tire was heavily worn, which made me a bit worried on the road. Fortunately, everything was fine in the end.
The car I rented was not the same model I received, and I was only informed of the extra charges when switching vehicles. Additionally, they forced me to purchase a highway toll card.
I've used Zuzuche many times and always used my US driver's license to pick up the car. This time, Budget insisted on a Hong Kong or Mainland Chinese driver's license. Although I have those, I didn't bring them, which caused a lot of trouble. Neither my Chinese passport nor my Hong Kong ID was accepted, and even a photo of my Hong Kong driver's license wasn't good enough. Really frustrating.
