Dislike: The Sun Pass toll system was not explained well. I ended up paying over $10 per day for tolls when I only used tollways to and from the airport. The rest of my driving was on surface streets so I would have saved money by paying cash for the tolls I used rather than paying the flat rate.

Like: The price and convenience of pick up at the Airport.
Dislike: Airport's major structural improvements made it confusing where to check in to pick up the car. Airport signage was not obvious about where the rental car counters were located. Drop off was perfect as ever!
