The vehicle had half-tank gas but was registered as full-tank, and I was charged for it despite topping up 1/4 more - I have contacted Dollar, but they have yet to respond. The staff made snide remarks when I chose not to take up their insurance, even when I had personal liability covered as part of my personal insurance. The car had scratches and dings all around and had specks of dirty area all around, with a lollipop cane left at the side of the driver's door.

None at the moment, as I primarily interacted with Dollar's staff. I hope that QEEQ would assist me to expedite the resolution of issue I faced with Dollar.

First time driving in the US. The multi-day trip along the West Coast was amazing, and the cool Mustang was awesome. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

Renting a car was quite convenient. When I picked up the car, there were some small scratches on the body, but the staff at Dollar said it was fine. The entire rental process took about an hour. Returning the car was easier; they just checked if the tank was full and if there were any issues on the dashboard. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose them again for my next trip.

The staff were professional, and even after promoting their services, they didn't insist when I declined. Simple and user-friendly! An excellent experience!
