Easiest and fastest service

After picking up my luggage, the rental car store was right next to me. The staff checked my driver's license and verification documents, filled out some information, and gave me the keys. Exit through Gate 5 to find the parking lot, and the location provided by the staff made it easy to locate the car. The new car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. When returning the car, simply park it, hand the key back at the store counter, and answer whether the tank is full. That’s it.

The waiting time in line was a bit long, service staff were slow, roughly 1.5 hours. The car pickup was quick once the paperwork was done.

Staff were ultra friendly. Total conversationalist and made pick up and drop off easy.

It’s good. A bit confusing with the layout and US dollar considering I live in NZ but getting easier to understand as it’s my second time booking with QEEQ.
