Gave us a car like a pick up truck mitchubici!!!!nothing what we had asked for Ravi 4 suv or similar we asked for a smaller oranother automatic car said they had none in their parking lot of 200 cars At that
Moment did not trust this company’a
Never gave us the paper to check the car for any damage etc
On return told us we scratched the car on the tail and side hardly to be seen
1 1/2 inc long thin nothing !!
Anybody could have done that even on their lot !!
As the part of this truck had no material lining but steel they and scratched my samsonite carry on .
We won’t use green motion again !
BUT I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP USING EASYRENTCARS as I never had any problems renting with in the United States (3times a year )or elsewhere
Scam Green Motion are trying to charge me for pre existing damages that they pretty much went straight to. Will take this up with credit card and trading standards- ongoing

getting from T2 was a hassle as need to wait for hotel hooper bus. which cost 5 pound per person. not free.
Getting to T4 get more complex with ride is bus and train. wasted lots of time.
getting car take too long. only 2 staff serving more than 10 people.
I use green motion seven or eight times a year and have yet to get the car I actually book, but it’s always near new and usually in pristine condition.
It can be a bit slow on pickup and they can be super picky with condition on return. I’ve definitely been the cause of a scratch to two in the past, but there’s been at least one occasion where I’ve been charged for damage that I halve definitely not caused, which was barely perceptible and so missed on initial inspection. My advice is to be super picky with anything before driving away.
Plus jamais. A bannir. Le personnel met la pression aux clients et quand on refuse de prendre leurs assurances à prix exorbitants, il vous surclasse +++ en vous refourgant une énorme jaguar...plus d'une heure à se prendre la tête avec le personnel pour qu'il nous donne le modèle de voiture louée ou équivalent que l'on a payé d'avance. Au final, on a fini avec une Fiat 500 pour 4 bagages. Pas les seuls à être mécontent. Nous étions présent au guichet avec 4 autres clients. 2 d'entre eux on également eu des soucis au moment du retrait du véhicule plus des surcoût exorbitant car pas de code PIN sur la carte bancaire .....la première et dernière mauvaise expérience de location de véhicules. Je déconseille fortement green motion

The price I thought I was going to pay was no where near the final price. You should be upfront on prices, because you know at the end of the day you know people are in a place where they cant say forget I’ll go somewhere else. They just want to be on their way. Also, you have to get out of the space you currently in, it is way to packed. People shouldn’t have to lug their bags to the bus because there’s no room for the bus to turn around.
Staff were helpful, though I was rather annoyed that the office closed at 1pm on Saturday. That was the time I'd inputted into EasyRentCars because it was either that or 2pm, and my timing was quite tight. it meant there was no warning - other than the very small print of Green Motion's "booking voucher" or when I phoned them to explain our situation.
Anyway, they were very helpful but did charge an extra £36 to have someone available out of their normal office hours to facilitate pick-up. There should have been more warning. Did they deliberately lower the price for this particular hire time through the broker, knowing they could "sting" me later for the £36 charge, or take my £15.50 reservation fee if I'd elected to cancel? I don't know but it has been a troubling part of an otherwise positive experience.

Car was excellent and though small was ideal for 2 people. Long wait at pickup for an hour because of long queue. Several people arrived at the same time.

Easy to book, good price and got a discount online with the app. Clear information given so we didn’t have to buy extras.
The car was quite damaged lots of dings a panel missing on the lower side. The fan on the car was extremely loud (I am convinced it is on it's way out).
Returning a car with so many dings and scratches is nerve racking for a customer as you always worry that the rental company may not have tracked all of them effectively. Also received the car at 3 quarters full so jad to return it the same...as a customer I dont want to guess at the gas station how much to put in...the convenience of receiving a car full and the expectation of returning it the same is a much better customer experience. I was also sold an upgrade for a "premium" vehicle but have to admit it did not feel that way with all of the above. I did appreciate the navigator and that helped me hugely so that was definitely worth it.
Staff were great...car mediocre.

Good afternoon. This is sent to Green Motion. And I'm still awaiting to recieve my deposite!.
Dear lady/gent,
To rent a car from your organization (Glasgow), was the worst experience ever in 30 years of rental cars around the globe.
1. Cost us 3/4 hour to get a pickup from the airport (is 3 minutes’ drive to rental station)
2. When we arrive, the following discussion started
a. We do not accept AMEX, so this is a problem.!? I paid via Easy rent by AMEX
b. Only solution to take a full insurance with roadside assistance plus, which costed more than 300 euro. And then the accept a European Bank card!?
c. Also, a deposit was needed and I’m still waiting to get this back!
3. Cars that we receive; (we order a XC60 or similar)
a. Peugeot 5008, nice car, but when we start the car, we mentioned a flat tire
b. BMW 2 series (not similar), after 1 mile on highway, again flat tire
• After 2 hours waiting on the highway, truck pick us up (and discussion started were to go, because he was ordered to go to BMW. Stupid discussion because we like back to the rental office.
c. Then we receive a Kia Sportage (not similar car)
• After 40 miles message, petrol empty. I thought failure from office and tank the car fully and also when I brought this back. This, because it’s a normal procedure (I Thought)
d. We brought the car back, and ask about this issue, and discussion start about this. Explanation was, that they had now license to fill the cars, and even when he was empty, they give you (me in this case) a jerrycan to get some petrol from petrol station. Believe me, I rent a car almost every week, and never had an experience as this. Unfortunately, I see that my next booking is also (via Easy rent) with green motion but will be the last one.
So, question now is, how to get my deposit back?

The wait for collection was appalling spent over an hour with nowhere to sit and be comfortable, they did not accept your insurance for the car so we felt we were pressurised and intimidated to pay an extra excessive amount to carry on with the rental. They did upgrade the car but that was because we were not happy with the situation. Also there were other people in the same situation and they also were not happy with Green Motion.

Overall booking with Easyrentcars was pleasant until we actually got to the pick-up point, then it all went wrong (see comments opposite). When I communicated with your customer service they were certainly on the ball and keeping in touch with e-mails constantly, and we still have dialogue with you trying to resolve this dispute and look forward, hopefully for a good result.

When I went to pick up the car, the CS rep at Green Motion tried to get me to sign the check in form without looking at the car first. He then proceeded to give me attitude for wanting to look over the car before signing. I found several scratches that had to be noted, which I undoubtedly would have been charged for. The car also broke down on the way home from my trip due to a mechanical fault. Despite the breakdown being entirely out of my control, Green Motion still tried to place the blame on me several times when I called to find out what the situation was with my rental.
