The car was casually rinsed with water before being handed over and wasn’t dried, leaving noticeable spots due to hard water in the UK. We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.
When picking up the car in Brighton, the staff assured us that they would notify the Oxford team to arrange transportation for us to the Oxford station when we returned the car. However, when we returned the car on time, the Oxford staff claimed they had not received any notification, so there was no driver available to take us to the station. We had to ask the Oxford staff to call a taxi, and we paid for it ourselves to get to the station. This made us feel deceived, which was very disappointing.
