NU CAR CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

NU Car Rental operates by Andy's rental car which is a good company. To pick pick up the car it was easy and everything went smoothly. The car already had some scratches but it doesn't interfere at its performance.

It's my second time using the Easyrentcars platform and I definitely recommend.

I have to wait for about 2 hours to get the car. More than 2 other customers in the line cancelled their booking due to the long waiting time.

Like: Good price, good vans
Dislike: Lots of pressure to buy passes for toll roads. Never crossed one.

It was very easy to drop the car back and there was very hard ti pick it up...it took more than a hour for waiting in the queue and there was only one guy works, that looks like without patience at all...

Rental location had a different name.

Fix the check in process. Way to long.

Staff was very friendly, I believe the young man's name was Joshua

Like: It was quick and easy once I made it to right rental company. Names of both companies to similar.
Dislike: Not being familiar with area, I went to another car rental with similar name and waited 45 minutes in line.

Relaxed, flexible and happy staff. Excellent car, great value. Thanks

The car exterior and interior is dirty. The pick up took 90 minutes. The pick up staff are inefficient.

Really old car , over 200k km , many parts are missing, passenger not work well .

I ended up completing my order with ADDCar. Do you think it's a reward or a punishment?

Staff didn't seem keen on compromising at all

Automatic transmission, which was a pleasant surprise. They didn't have wifi availible that day but they gave me a map with good instructions. Very pleasant experience.

Easy to compare with other booking services. Insurance included was a big savings!

Guys on check out at Pula were particularly helpful and nice to chat to. They didn't have the right car when we got to the Split pick up location (which was difficult to find as it is called Nova car rental, not Nu!) and tried to charge us for an upgrade before conceding they had no choice but to give us what they had - really cheeky.

Hidden location, 2 shuttles needed. Run down shop. Sloppy workers. Poorly lit area outside, where the cars are. Happy with the car though. NU let me wait at checkout in line with people checking in: Made me nervous, because I had flight to catch. Then they only took the keys. Worst: Got billed about $103 extra by mistake. Luckily they refunded it, so I'm happy with the price I paid.

The Car was great, but we had to wait too long for the vehicle. The service at the counter was excellent.
