SHOUQIZUCHE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN THAILAND

The staff had a very poor attitude. In the end, I had to reach out to the car rental customer service to communicate with the staff, but their attitude was just average.

Firstly, no Chinese service! Secondly, it wasn't Shouqi Car Rental at all! After searching for a long time, it turned out to be a foreign rental company!

The service is really poor!!! I'm speechless!!!! The staff wouldn't answer calls or respond, and as a result, I was forced to pay the full amount. They promised on-site that I'd get a full refund, but later they still charged me the full amount!!!!!

Picking up the car was very convenient as it was right at the airport. When returning the car, there's no gas station nearby, so the charge of 500 Baht for one bar of fuel was very reasonable, unlike the extra fuel charges in our country. The vehicle wasn't very new, but it was sufficient for self-driving.

First of all, there is no Shouqizuche counter at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. After searching for a long time and asking many staff members, I found out that Shouqizuche likely outsources to Eurocar. Therefore, the car was picked up at Eurocar, and all contract details and staff were from Eurocar and had nothing to do with Shouqizuche. I have no objection to this, but please specify it in the future because it's impossible to find the Shouqizuche counter!

The customer service was very patient and thoughtful. They waited for me late at night until I retrieved all my luggage, always with a smile.

Overall, very satisfied with both the pickup and return process. The staff were very nice, thank you.

Service was mediocre, did not explain fuel type in detail, and was less informative compared to the last Yes Car Rental experience.

Good value for the price

The car rental company's counter is right at the Koh Samui Airport arrival terminal. The staff were very uniformed, and the rental documents were pre-prepared. I took the prepared documents for confirmation and after a simple English communication, I successfully rented the car. The car was relatively new, very clean inside and out, although there were several scratches on the body. I took pictures of these before taking the car, and the staff made detailed notes on the rental form. Upon return, the staff conducted a detailed inspection of the car's exterior and raised no objections. The handover was smooth. My first experience renting a car abroad was successful and pleasant.

Bad review, bad review. I returned the car early because my flight was canceled due to the pandemic. I had my friend call the office to communicate, but they spoke rudely to my friend. I didn't want to return the car early either. Very dissatisfied with this company.

After finishing the car rental paperwork, no one guided me to pick up the car. They just gave verbal directions which were hard to follow. I had to ask several people before finding it. The pickup location was a temporary stop without any specific signage, making it difficult to locate. I was not satisfied with this. Clearly, there were two staff members available; why couldn't they take a few minutes to guide the customers?
