I received the car as per my booking. The car is in good condition.

The booking process was easy and trouble-free. The rate was competitive.

The car we got, a Bezza was low on power but extremely fuel economical. Ride was kinda bumpy but the AC is very cooling even in extremely hot KL weather.

As always, erc.com delivers as promised. The special periodic discounts is something that I always look forward to.

The car was lousier then previous rental. And the car is high fuel consumption not like previous car. Drove way less then the distance yet need to pump more petrol.

We didn't wait long for to pick up our cars. My car had obvious accident scratch on the left door (from previous usage), but everything else was fine. Booking process was very simple.

Great staff courteous and helpful. Only suggestion I would make is work on your maps and instructions for pick up and drop off. I have rented twice now with them and both times I have had to call the office to find both pick-up and drop off locations in Car Park D! For drop off, for example, there are two entrances to 'D'. One is marked D the other isn't but has Car Rental returns over the entrance. The problem is that you pass the one marked D first and so immediately turn in. There is no way in or out once you are on the ramp!

I didn't see price drop in action but the booking experience was very simple with good email follow-up and the car was there as promised so all good in my book.

Paradise rental car is not recommended. The car is in really bad condition with scratches. Returning the car is a hassle. The rental car location is inconvenient located in totally traffic jam road and the officer took so long to check the car.

The web booking is convenient, please do not use paradise really not recommended.

overall the car condition is moderate but pls regularly to service the car because the steering got a bit twisty when driving to 120km/hr.

The car was driven directly to the airport exit when we picked it up, very convenient. I provided the wrong phone number, and although it took a long time to find us, they did not complain at all. I saw a warning light on and thought there was something wrong with the car, so they gave us a replacement the next day. Their navigation was not accurate, they arrived two minutes late and still apologized. Excellent service!

we have to step hard on the accelerator to get the car moving. Car is spacious, aircon is cool, petrol consumption is economy. Overall value for money.
