Picking up the car was speedy and convenient with the self-service machine. Returning it was simple; the staff just made a quick inspection and if everything was fine, you just leave the keys and go.
Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

Like: I met að lot of freindly people and it was easyer to drive than I thought, had no problem getting parking lots. The guy who welcomed me at the drop of gave me 25% discount because the dar was smelly, I didn´t ask for any change of price but I´m even happyer. Dislike: The weather wasn´t as good as I thought it would be and the traffic was very heavy.
The efficiency is very low, and information gets lost frequently. Every time it moves to the next step, all the information gets lost, and I have to explain it again and again.
The service staff are extremely unprofessional. I rented a car for two days, misplaced a $600 GPS phone, and they charged me $1200. Finally, they admitted the mistake but didn't know when they'd refund me, nor did they apologize.
I chose Alamo this time. The guy at the entrance was very sharp and handsome, could definitely rate him full marks. But the lady handling the paperwork was not as competent.
There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company, which is very convenient. There are multiple service counters at the car rental place, and the waiting time is short. The service is enthusiastic.
