The attitude, waiting time, and vehicle condition were good, but the coolant was not sufficient. By the fourth day, the car's radiator alarm went off. The customer service's English was poor, and they hung up after failing to understand me. Very disappointing! The reserved Mercedes A was unavailable, and the only replacement was a Skoda. I wanted to upgrade to a C or E class, but none were available. I'm starting to think AVIS uses Mercedes as a gimmick to attract customers but doesn't have any in stock. They just claim they're rented out!

The counter staff spoke English fluently. It was very busy when we picked up the car, so we handled everything ourselves.

It's alright, but picking up the car and returning it took some time. The instructions weren't very clear.

I chose a Mercedes-Benz A-Class, but I ended up getting a Citroën C4. The difference is too big. Even though they are supposed to be in the same category, the price difference should be significant. I'm a bit upset.

The entire process was very fast, taking less than five minutes to complete all the formalities. After handing over the keys, the staff pointed out the location of the parking lot on a map, and we went to pick up the car ourselves. It was very convenient.

1. After I placed a car rental order, I had a friend in Germany call to ask if I could pick up the car earlier since it was a Saturday. The staff said that neither early nor late pick-up was possible. However, when I arrived in Frankfurt, they called me on the day of pick-up urging me to come earlier because they were closing at 12 PM, which left me confused. 2. When handling the pick-up procedures, the staff only focused on insurance issues but did not clearly inform me that the return location stated in the contract was entirely different from the one in my rental order! 3. This resulted in me naturally assuming that the return location was at Munich train station's underground garage on October 5th. However, it was not, and I couldn't see any AVIS signs. I called the AVIS office five times, but no one answered! 4. After asking at the train station information desk for the exact return address, I arrived two hours past the agreed time. As a result, AVIS charged us for an additional day. Despite repeatedly explaining to the staff, it was of no use. I admit I did not thoroughly read the contract and suffered losses because of it, but did the AVIS staff fulfill their responsibilities?

The car rental location is inside the train station, and all the rental companies are together. It's very fast! There is a lounge downstairs to store luggage. To pick up the car, you need to go to the above-ground parking lot across the street. The staff will give you a map, it's pretty easy to find. Take the elevator up, and the elevator has a password, which is on the parking ticket given by the staff.

A very good car rental company. Picked up the car at Munich Airport according to the directions in the comments. The service was provided by a sweet girl dressed in traditional Bavarian attire. You need to go to the parking lot and find the car based on the parking space number. The car was very clean inside and out. The only issue was not hearing clearly about a small parking ticket needed to leave the lot, resulting in an awkward delay at the exit.

The car rental company provided good service overall. However, the process at Munich Airport was a bit inconvenient. First, you have to handle paperwork at the counter, and then go to the parking lot to pick up the car. I carefully inspected the car inside and out, but if there were any issues, you'd have to return to the counter, which isn't very convenient. Also, I rented a Passat wagon, but was given a Skoda wagon, which felt like a downgrade. Since it was late at night and I didn't want to go back to the counter, and the Skoda was in good condition and a diesel, I let it pass. Still, the downgrade felt disappointing.

The service attitude is decent, and they explained the terms in detail. Since no accidents occurred during the rental period, I cannot evaluate their claims or other services.

Quite professional, just a hassle to find the garage on your own.
