This company is dangerous for the clients coming from another counties , because when the client argue for the unexpected fees they notified that they will withdraw these fee from your credit card no matters. I was witness for three clients that were in scandal for the additional fees. The owner said that he is collector of money.

Even though I ordered on line everything, when I went to pick up the car the lady on the counter took advantage of my jet lag and made me purchase extra insurance which I found out I didn’t need.

That was good

Service was a bit strange. Representative at the desk told us that as soon as he saw us, millenials, he knew we wouldn't be giving him any commission. Also, they give you the car absolutely empty of fuel and there is no fuel station around. They know it's impossible to bring back a car empty so they make profit on the fact that people bring back the car with fuel in it...

Cheap options which is great.

They had me pay for liability again and I spent thrice the amount I reserved the car for. MEX is charging the exchange rate as well for charges made in pesos which is unreasonable when questioned. I had very bad experience with MEX

My booking is for a Toyota Camry but i was told that all their Camry are out so they gave me a Hundai Accent. I told them i don't want a Hundai but they said they don't have anything else. I don't have any other choice but to take the Hundai. I was expecting for them to give me an adjustment on the price i paid. I hope my point and would expect a credit from you. Thank you for your consideration!

Never use MEX again the worse rental company. Bait and switch would be their concept.

Was unaware needed to call for shuttle from rental area where airport shuttle had dropped us off.

More clarification about mileage per day

The vehicle was under par VS what we expected. Deceiving!!!

Waited a long time customer service sucked over charge me for everything! I was charged $200 more for a car and service was absolutely terrible never again will I use this garbage service!!

Overall, I was fairly satisfied with the service attitude. However, there was a hiccup where QEEQ provided an incorrect pickup address. The MEX representative on the phone had a heavy Spanish accent and wasn't familiar with Mexico City, so I couldn't understand the city pickup location he provided, only understood that we could pick up the car at the airport branch. Eventually, with the helpful assistance of our Airbnb host, we called MEX again and communicated in Spanish. They wrote down the nearest rental location for us, and after a morning of confusion, we finally picked up the car.

I would never use them again. Spent one hour waiting on bus station in Bulgaria for pick up (called them 3x) with our two kids (5 and 7). Once we got to the office they told us we have to pay additional 20 Euros per day! We were trapped and tired and ended with smaller car and paying additional 140 on top of our 85! We couldn’t believe the way this camping does business! So disappointed. Our vacation started so horribly because of this!

The MEX folks were very nice and helpful. The only drawback from renting from them was that the rental location requires 2 shuttles to get to; airport to airport shuttle drop off to rental location, so there's a fair bit of waiting involved.

An average experience. The staff was fine. No complications.

Car was great but everything else was a disaster. The stuff knew I was running late for a flight and found a way to extort money from me when I returned the vehicle. Now I know why their prices are so low. They make up that with crazy charges when you return the car. I have rented tons of vehicles over the years and I have never seen anything like this. It is absolutely crazy.

The agent there want me to decline the insurance i buy from eassyrent and but the same one. And he tRy to scare u, so you buy his insurance which is more expensive. Worst service

No highly disappointed.

I received different car than the one I rented initially. I returned the car one day earlier and I was charged a fee of 25 Euro for that even though I paid in full for the entire renting period. That penalty fee makes no sense when the client had paid in full upfront for the car.

Very disorganized. I was not greeted at arrivals - had to call several times to get through. Was told they’d pick me up in 5 min, took 25min. Car fuel was literally on empty and not last eighth. After a while realized aircon was very poor, hardly any cold air but was too far away to return. Fuel cap faulty. If I see MAX I will stay away from it next time
