The staff at the store were okay, quite patient. Even when I couldn't find the place, they kept guiding me on how to get there and the exact location. However, the car looked like it was ready for scrap, no aesthetics whatsoever. The nearby gas station closed early so I couldn't refuel.
Although it took a while to find the location, we eventually did. The staff patiently explained the terms and conditions. I recommend that tourists renting a car should have a translation app ready, as it can be useful. Overall, the car rental process was smooth, but the strong smell of the car tested everyone's adaptability and health throughout the trip.
Very punctual. The problem was actually our fault for not turning off the lights, which caused the car battery to drain. Nonetheless, they arrived at the hotel on time at 7:30 AM with a new car.
The small counter is located at door 5 in the T2 international arrivals area. The pickup information on QEEQ's car order is incorrect. T1 only has a temporary counter, and there are no staff after 5 PM. You need to ask the airport staff and walk to T2. Once the paperwork is done, go to door 5 to inspect and pick up the car.
I arrived at the airport an hour earlier than expected. The staff at National were accommodating and allowed me to pick up the car an hour earlier. However, the free GPS provided by QEEQ did not work, causing me to get lost in Bangkok. On the return day, I got back ten minutes later than the expected return time and couldn't fill up the tank completely (it was one notch below full, and I estimate it would cost around 100 THB to fill it up). National charged an extra 450 THB, but I am not sure if it was for the fuel or the delay.
The car condition was rather poor. Later, I planned to return the car in the city. When I called customer service, they said it was fine and gave me a local contact number. However, when I reached out to her, she said there were not enough staff to pick up the car from my location. The experience was quite disappointing!
Very professional, this is the second time I rented from them. Last time was in Phuket. Their cars are all new, comfortable to drive, and fuel-efficient.
The service was very enthusiastic. It would be better if the car could be equipped with an umbrella and navigation devices. Most of the renters are tourists, so this would be more considerate.
