The model upgrade was not clearly communicated. If the model is unavailable, just tell us how long the wait will be. Very unsatisfactory!

Very satisfied. The Los Angeles Airport location did not aggressively push add-ons. There were many customers, so I waited in line for over 20 minutes. They only required a domestic driver's license and didn’t even check the translation. I rented a FORD ESCAPE, but similar vehicles including JEEP had mileages around 50,000-60,000 miles, so I chose one with just over 40,000 miles. The car was in great condition, except for a low tire pressure alert mid-trip. I called DOLLAR once, and they said I could exchange the car, but only at a store location. The low tire pressure might be due to the system being too sensitive, so I continued driving it as is. Note that at Washington Airport, DOLLAR requires notarized documents to rent a car.

An additional fee of $110 was charged for unknown reasons when returning the car. I don't understand English, so it was directly deducted.

Service is good, but they automatically added towing insurance. It was only after we insisted that it got canceled.

They didn't reserve the car for us, and we had to wait a long time. In the end, we had to switch to a different model, which was much more expensive than the online booking price.

The service attitude is very good, but they will try to sell you services like roadside assistance. If you are not careful, you might be persuaded.

The website showed that an additional driver could be added for free, but this was not the case in reality.

Although I booked a Grand Cherokee, I never saw a single one from start to finish. In the end, I had no choice but to choose a Nissan Murano, which had already run nearly 100,000 kilometers. It wasn't what I wanted.

The service was outstanding. When the car had a problem halfway, they quickly replaced it and even upgraded us for free because they didn't have the same type available. Highly recommended.

First of all, the promised free Chinese GPS on the website does not exist, which surprised me since I originally had a GPS. The rental company’s GPS costs $20 per day, which includes free Wi-Fi and one hour of free international calls each day. It's quite worth it. Secondly, I used the same Nissan 5-seater sedan that I booked online, but the price was higher than what was promised online. However, since it was Christmas, there was a high demand for car rentals across all companies. Getting a car was already difficult, and I checked with many companies, all of which had no cars available. Fortunately, Rentalcars.com helped.

It was Black Friday, and I didn't have a reservation, so they upgraded me to a full-size SUV at no extra cost. Due to language barriers, I was still convinced to buy some unnecessary insurance. Sigh!!!

Overall, the car was relatively new and the interior was well cleaned. However, there were relatively few pickup locations. Particularly, we had a minor accident during the trip and needed to change the car, but we had to drive four to five hundred kilometers to do so, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the return location in Los Angeles is not inside the airport, which is quite inconvenient.

The vehicle provided by Dollar was in decent condition. Due to language barriers, we initially thought we got a free upgrade at pickup and were happy about it. However, after returning home and checking the bill, we realized that we were charged for the vehicle upgrade and a full tank of gas without our knowledge. The fuel charge was unjustified since our booking clearly stated that the vehicle should be picked up and returned with a full tank.
