The service was really smooth and great. I love this company.

It is good but it can be better if we can compare the price of all brands with insurance in just one time.

I never thought the counter staff can’t speak English and didn’t mention me to buy a full coverage of insurance. And the car checking process is so sloppy, they didn’t give me the checking car report receipt. I already drive many times in other country and no accident ever happened, so I trust it should be ok But finally when I return car, their staff said there are 2 places have broken and need to charge me, luckily that I took a video when take car, one of place is already broken when car given to me, but another place I don’t think is my fault, but finally I still give them 5000 baht by cash . But I felt Thai rent a car is really a terrible company especially in Chiang Rai , plz clarify is it many same case happens in that company in Chiang Rai , and I thought it is the way for their staff or company to make money from customer

I have a desire for the Thai rent a car to specify the car brand that will get better.Because I don't anticipate to model.

Everything was perfect. Pic up was was very easy, Car was well-maintained, hospitality of the team was very nice, While Dropping the person checked the car condition and then handed over my deposit payment slip, hope to receive the deposit payment in my car soon.

Staff was super helpful and efficient. Definately recommended.

Very good experience. Received a free upgrade because they did not have the car I had booked.

Long wait to pick up the car. Had a customer ahead of me in the line who kept asking weird questions, and i had to wait very long even tho i had a reservation etc.

Good service for picking and collecting the car. However, it was not easy to find the place for leaving the car in Chiang Mai airport. Overall good experience.

The car space was good. Cleanliness is acceptable. Only there is odour on the floor carpet/mat, smell like damp rain water or stink socks.

Very Bad experience with the staff in charge of the car checking process as well as during the collect and pick up. No care about the customers, no professional behaviour when we ask information or have a claim. I had better experiences with their staff in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Apparently their standards are not the same in all agences.

This is my third time using this car over a period of 6 months and it has taken on some slight scratches and has a noticeable dent to the rear since my last visit. The damage is not a big deal to me but if people are losing their deposits and not actually seeing any repairs towards the vehicle I think that is wrong.

Would have given 5 stars had it provided a newer car. Counter Staff was efficient with explanation and handling over the vehicle.

Booking was a breeze. Got the rental confirmation reply in less than 24 hours. It's ok - good. Would be great if the confirmation is almost instantaneous.

The wiper is very bad so when we drove in the rain at night, it is quite dangerous so recommend to change it more often. The brand logo is loose so when we drive to Chiang Rai and the road is a bit rough, the logo is gone

This rental company is cheap because they impose various fines on you. It's better to rent from the nearby small car rental; their prices are reasonable, and their service is much better. They are patient and help you with any issues. I've rented here many times and finally got scammed. Be careful, everyone.
