The car condition is totally fail. Even no Alarm , reverse sensor also don’t have. Can you imagine , need to use a car key to open the door, car run out of alignment , feel unsecured driving this car. Terrible experience.
They upgraded my car to a Vios. Pick up was fast and easy, drop off as well. Staff were polite throughout the process. Been renting car from them for awhile now, reliable and never face any problem from them.
Experience was good. We arrived later than the booking time and the service counter can be easily located and the pick up process was brisk. This is especially important when traveling with kids. A little disappointed with the small boot space of the car. Considering that it is a 7 seater, it is not able to take a single 21” luggage. A seat had to be sacrificed for luggages.

Thai Rent suprised and free upgraded me to the brand new Toyota Fortuner with less than 150km mileage! Wonderful experience with this car around the cities and places. Pick up and drop off experience were smooth and fast. Price is great comparing others. Will definitely revisit them in next trip.
