Everyone be careful. I suggest not booking a car with ZuZu Rentals. We bought the super full insurance, but when the car wouldn't start in Hallstatt, Austria, we were stuck and had to sleep in the car overnight. The super insurance was supposed to include roadside assistance, but ZuZu Rentals didn't send anyone to help us and kept passing responsibility to the car rental company. Their insurance was worthless. We ended up losing about 1000 euros, and ZuZu Rentals said they wouldn’t compensate us. Be cautious! This was the most unforgettable and painful lesson from my multiple car rentals in Europe.
I bought the full insurance recommended by the rental car company, but the overseas rental company did not recognize it and forcibly charged me 205 euros for insurance, otherwise they wouldn't give me the car. When I contacted the rental car company, they said because I had signed it, they couldn't refund me. They push the insurance that isn't recognized overseas and do not resolve the issue, very disappointing.
Counter staff at Munich Airport was a bit slow with 3 staff members working and a queue over 60 minutes. It was incredibly difficult to find the counter due to location and lack of visible sign.
