I did expect that one of the counter stuff representatives would escort me to the car at pickup and make sure everything is ok with the car and maybe even provide some useful information about the car. I didn't get the car I selected but they didn't promise that, so I guess I can't complain about that. Anyhow the car was in similar size.
The drop off email could describe more specific . No postal code. And the first instruction about the drop off location is wrong.
The way to return the car is different between the real way. The letter says “put the key to the key box of the branch in the Frankfurt station”. Instead I return the key to the staff on the parking lot.

I got a Mazda 6, the performance is grate but the car already have some scratches on it. I like the auto speed control, that help me don’t wary about speed limit.
Managed to get a free upgrade from our booking. Excellent customer service. Service staff re-iterated requirement to get vignette for driving into Austria.

Did not check if there's any price drops from my booking date. Otherwise, seamless experience.
My car have accidents , the mirror at passenger side was fall off , but the staff denied to change a car. He said “the mirror at driver side still work so you can continue drive it!”
They charged me about an extra $30, even though I prepaid everything through you. Could you please help me to recover that charge? They said everything was ok, so I don’t think there should be an extra charge.

Very, very dissatisfied with Europcar. On the day of pickup, they didn't inform us in advance that the store would be closed. When we arrived, we found out there were no staff working that day. After negotiating with the rental car customer service, there was no solution. I also tried contacting the airport pickup point myself but couldn't get through. After asking other rental company staff, we finally found the only place in Munich where we could pick up the car. We waited in line for over an hour, only to be told by a very unfriendly staff member that they didn't have the model I reserved. When I asked if they could contact the airport pickup point to check if it was open, they refused. In the end, I decided to go to the airport with a try-my-luck attitude. When I arrived, I found the store was indeed open, but no one had answered the phone earlier. By then, it was 4 hours past my original pickup time, and my reserved model was no longer available, so I was forced to upgrade. Although the rental car customer service said they would cover the difference, this pickup experience was terrible and made the elderly in my family very tired, greatly affecting our trip. I will never rent from Europcar again!

The car was good. There were only 2 counter staff when I picked up. So I had to wait about 10-15 in queue. And no one introduce to me about the car. So I took a few minutes to study it.
But most disappointing was that when my car was broken down on the road in Austria, I called the Europcar hotline for many times, but no one answered the phone or couldn’t reach for help. I found 1 local people in car repairing workshop to help at last, and he helped me to reach Europcar at last. This gave me bad experience.
And it’s better that the Nagivation can find the location by location telephone. For example the hotel telephone.

The attendant at the key pickup location was a bit impatient, which wasn't a great experience. Fortunately, at the car pickup location, the staff were very patient and friendly when answering questions. Much appreciated!
