I showed up 15 minutes before our rental time and staff was completely unwilling to start the rental process early unless I paid $100 US. It took an hour for them to enter the information into their system and get the keys to me.

Price drop saved us some money and Easyrentcars was great

The pick up agent tried to fool me that all gas stations would be empty by the time I return the car to convince me to purchase the gas from them.

I would never rent again from Advantage again. I have been coming to Nevada for 40 and renting a car and I have only had 2 bad experiences this was the worse of the two.

shuttle service pick up at the airport is a lot slower than other car rentals. Staffing was bare minimum which created a long wait before leaving with the rental.

Car had lots of scratches and damages and not so clean from inside.

Car was clean and performed well in the mountains even though it was not an SUV.

Waited over 1 hour to get my car. Need to have more people at the counter.

Car was in excellent condition. There was a LONG line at the counter for pick up and I estimate we were in line for an hour after a long flight.

Absolutely attrocious. Asked if we wanted Additional insurance and road side assistance which we DECLINED but they charged us anyway. Also told us a pack of lies to get us to agreed to ez pass at $10 per day. Total disgrace. Extra charges almost double Car rental charge. Avoid at all costs

I was downgraded from full size to economy size.

The car pickup was on time, but I booked a Camry and they tried to give us a Corolla, saying the booked model was not available and we'd have to wait if we wanted it.

4 minutes delayed charge 1 day rental. I never rent vehicle from Advantage.

In the contract, it's highly important to arrive at my pick up time on time. I actually got to the place a few minutes early and the staff informed they had no cars available and there were 5 people in front of me waiting on a car. I was offered no compensation for their overbooking and I was not informed that if you leave the state of New York, you MUSt pay a toll to get back in to the state (I opted to not get a toll tag because I had not planned to use the toll on my journeys from NY to NJ and back). The vehicle felt like it had not be serviced in a while as the brakes on the vehicle did not respond as quickly as they should. I would not recommend Advantage to anyone, even if they are the cheapest, which seems to be because they do not service their vehicles and overbook.

I enjoy the platform. I plan to use it for future rental car needs.
