Tried to request for Nissan X trail rather than Hyundai Tucson but wasn’t given. Tucson is smaller than X trail and should not be in the same category as X trail

Communication between Zuzuche and the overseas car rental company was completely unsuccessful. I completed the booking on the Zuzuche website and arrived at the Hertz car rental at Melbourne Airport on the morning of May 12. The car rental agency told me they had no information about my booking. I tried to contact Zuzuche for over an hour with no answer. I was stuck at the car rental office for more than two hours without a car, which disrupted my travel plans. I had to make a new booking directly with the car rental agency at a much higher cost than my Zuzuche booking.

The company did not charge according to the order. They added various extra costs, and different branches had different charges for the same service.

Some foreign staff lacked enthusiasm and always seemed to be hinting at extra charges.

The car rental location at Melbourne Airport is easy to find. After collecting luggage, just cross the zebra crossing outside the airport exit to the opposite side. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there. We did the paperwork in the afternoon around 2 PM. We also paid about 70 AUD for all tolls during the 3-day trip. The return time can be anytime before 4 PM on the agreed return day. We chose to return the car at a location in downtown Melbourne, which is less than 1 kilometer from Federation Square. It was also easy to find. There are gas stations near the return location, and the return process was simple, taking about 15 minutes to complete. We got a free upgrade to a new 2018 car with just 9000 kilometers on it. Adding an additional family member as a driver did not incur extra charges.

The rental company is busy, so it took a bit of time to queue for the paperwork. The subsequent services were great. The staff detailed every aspect without pushing extra services and thoroughly explained the details. The car was new, and returning it was convenient.

The car condition was okay, and the return process was very convenient. You basically need to do a quick check and you're free to go. However, the pickup and drop-off locations from QEEQ were very unclear. Nobody could accurately tell me the exact location. I suggest adding pictures and more detailed instructions. Additionally, regarding local traffic fines, I recommend that QEEQ provides assistance or directly handles these. This is one of the most important services from an agent. QEEQ is essentially an agent or intermediary, but many things I had to handle directly with third parties. I signed the contract with QEEQ, so I feel like QEEQ is trying to avoid responsibility.

A few days after returning the car, an extra charge was made that almost equaled the rental fee. I emailed them but haven't received a reply yet.

Hertz had offer to upgrade my Car for addition A$10 a day. However, as I had bought the full coverage insurance thru Easyrentcars. They wasn't able to advice to the insurance impact and thus we were unable to upgrade our car on the spot.
