CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON HERTZ IN BANGKOK

Like: Current model, Well presentation and cleanliness.
Dislike: A rattling noise from dashboard and a windscreen wiper blades needed replacement for they did not wipe cleaned properly.

I was given a different car, not a Toyota, but a Suzuki that felt like a tractor. Disgusting.

There was no Chinese translation, and the service was average. A lot of documents were required.

When picking up the car, there was no detailed explanation about extra charges for returning the car late. Additionally, there was no SMS reminder about the return time or late fees. My earphones were left in the car, and there was no notification about it. While returning the car, we were frequently urged to go to the airport to pay for the overtime, which caused our personal items to be left in the car. My Apple earphones were in a small box in the car, but no one contacted me by phone or SMS, and I haven't heard anything even after returning home. I strongly demand compensation for the loss!!!

The airport staff was inefficient and had a poor attitude. This doesn't reflect well on the company.

This time, Hertz’s service attitude is the only one I approve of; there were issues with the others.
