Convenient and fast, good attitude

Upon arrival, I was firmly told that the car I wanted was not available and was forced to take an 11-seater without any negotiation. I was also told that I could cancel the order. After driving to Phuket, I had to visit the Hertz office at Phuket Airport twice to finally get the model I had booked.

Very convenient, the car is quite new, and the service is excellent.

The car pickup was smooth, and the service was good. Although the staff recommended insurance, they did so directly, unlike my last experience renting a car in the U.S. where hidden fees were buried in the contract.

The company's service is quite good, operating 24 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth. The only unpleasant part was that I had to pay over 700 RMB due to a slight scratch on the front of the vehicle, for which I have no idea who was responsible. In China’s Shenzhou Rent-a-Car or in the US, such minor scratches would not even be a concern.

Their service attitude was decent, and they didn't pay much attention to the car's appearance or fuel gauge. However, the efficiency in Thailand is really poor; it took almost 2 hours to get everything sorted. They also didn't know how to use their own child seats, spending nearly an hour just adjusting them.

It's right inside the airport, but it's a very small counter. I was very disappointed to rent a 100,000 km old model car. I can't believe HERTZ still has such an old car. Everything else was good. I don't recommend renting the JAZZ, it's uncomfortable for long drives and not ergonomic at all.

I'm preparing for my second car rental and just found out I can leave a review here. During the Chinese New Year in 2013, I picked up a car in Bangkok, Thailand. The rental company provided a new Honda Civic with only 20,000 kilometers on it. The car was in excellent condition and felt very new. I rented it for 14 days and drove 3,000 kilometers around Thailand. It was really enjoyable, and the car rental company’s service was excellent. I was very satisfied. This Chinese New Year, I'm planning to rent a car for a self-drive tour in Malaysia, and of course, I will come here again.

Warm and attentive

Very satisfied. The rental point is right at the airport exit. After completing the procedures, there is a dedicated person to drive the car over, and you can leave directly after inspecting the car. Returning the car was also quick, and there were no extra charges.

Simple and fast pickup and drop-off process, and communication was smooth.

Overall, the service was very satisfying: First, we were two hours late to pick up the car, and the front desk allowed a two-hour late return; Second, the staff at car pickup was very patient, explaining how to use the car and documenting any scratches.

Picking up the car at the arrivals hall entrance is very convenient.

Hertz in Bangkok is very good. It's simple and efficient; picking up and returning the car is very easy. There's a dedicated person to take you to the store for pickup, and the service is very standard with no extra charges.

The girl at the airport lobby was patient and very pretty. 24-hour service.

Great service, excellent car condition, but a bit pricey

Excellent, the procedures are simple and well managed. The staff are enthusiastic, especially a young male staff member. He found the phone we left in the car during the return process, ran to the departure level to find us, and returned it to us. We are very grateful. We were about to board the plane and didn't have time to express our thanks, so we hope the company can thank him on our behalf!
