The pickup location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We reviewed the documents and filled out the forms quickly before picking up the car. Returning the car was also fast, as they just checked the fuel receipt.

Other rental companies have staff to greet customers in the international arrivals hall, but Nissan did not. The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.

No one at the rental company speaks Chinese or English, making communication extremely difficult. We relied entirely on phone translation and guesswork. The prepared driver's license and international driving permit couldn't be used. After half a day of communication, we still didn't understand each other. Fortunately, a lady who speaks Chinese at the mobile card service helped us by calling for inquiries. There is an agency in Saga City that can translate driver's licenses in just half an hour. We took a taxi immediately, and by 3 PM we got the translation document. But we had to wait until 5 PM to pick up the car at Nissan in Saga, which was frustrating.

I realised the car was quite small and we were having hard time squeezing in our med size luggage bag. I requested to do an upgrade for a bigger car but was told I can't do that as I already paid for the car I chose during my booking. Was a bit upset as there are 4 of us and 2 are seniors. End up we have to force everything into the car. I wish we are allow to do upgrade on the spot. Or at least show us the car first before we pay for the balance as I was told because I make the full payment therefore I was not allow to do any upgrade. Beside that the customer service was good. They are polite and patiently answer all my enquiries eventhou there was a language barrier. They even make the effort to call a translator and explained to me in english. Thumbs up.
