Pick-up Instructions

The Brilliant Rentals - Christchurch car hire location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Brilliant Rentals - Christchurch car hire when you arrived.

Upon arrival at Christchurch Airport, please call our toll-free number 0800 566 888. Proceed to the south end of the terminal, passing Regional Arrivals. Exit the building through door 1 or 2. The rental car transfer/pickup point is situated outside, along the side of the road closest to the terminal building. When the van arrives, our driver will assist with loading your luggage into the back of the van or a trailer. Remember to inform the driver of your name and present your confirmation.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning the vehicle to our office at 12 Holt Place. We offer complimentary shuttle service to the airport terminal.
