If you arrive upstairs on a Domestic Flight you will need to go down the escalator to the baggage claim. Follow the sign to the main check-in area and continue to the end of the hall towards to Regional Terminal. Exit through Door 2 on your left and walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection area and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. If you arrive downstairs on a Domestic Flight, please exit through Door 2 on your right. Walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection area and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. Drop-off Instructions

Drop-off: The client will return the vehicle to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter at Christchurch Airport terminal. To do this, simply follow the signs for rental car returns upon arrival at the airport. Park the car in a designated Enterprise parking space and proceed to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter located in the arrivals hall to return the keys.The client will need to put the keys in the returns box because the desk will not be manned at 5am.

The location is just a 5-minute drive from Christchurch Airport, very quick. When picking up the car, you need a NZD 2500 pre-authorization, hoping it will be refunded quickly. If the vehicle gets damaged, they will deduct NZD 2500 and then refund based on actual repair costs, which feels a bit unsettling. Not sure about the efficiency of New Zealanders, whether it will take a long time or not.

The shuttle bus driver from the airport to the rental office was very enthusiastic. We had a lot of luggage, and he kept helping us carry it. The shuttle runs frequently, about every 5 to 10 minutes.

Excellent service, the reception lady was super cute. I do have one note: the phone number provided by QEEQ in the order was incorrect, and it didn't mention that the shuttle pick-up point is at Gate 2 of Christchurch Airport. Due to the time difference, I couldn't reach customer service. We were in a rush and had to ask around at the airport for help, while the company staff were waiting for us at Gate 2. We ended up wasting half an hour.
