After you have collected your luggage, please pick up the Airpark Canterbury freephone by Door 7 and Dial M1 (Parking Island) and click Option 2 to notify us that you are ready to be picked up. Head outside Door 1 of Domestic Arrivals for Shuttle Collection. Please look out for a marked 'Airpark Canterbury' Shuttle Van. (Please let the driver know you are picking up the car from AutoUnion Car Rental at Parking Island.) Shuttle to our office 6 minutes. Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. Ferry Transportation: Not Allowed
Autounion does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
Collision Damage Waiver Excess differs by car model:
