Pick-up Instructions

"Carwiz is just a 5-minute drive from the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service. When you are ready to be picked up, please call +64 21 043 8288. Your ride will meet you outside Door/Gate 1, near the Air NZ domestic check-in counters. After-hours pick-up: A fee of NZD 50.00 applies for collecting your rental vehicle outside normal business hours. Carwiz partners with Airpark Canterbury for this service. After collecting your baggage, proceed to Door/Exit 9 at the International Arrivals area of the terminal. Use the free phone mounted on the pillar next to Door/Exit 9 and dial 25—Airpark Canterbury will dispatch a shuttle to take you to collect your rental car."

"Please fill your vehicle with the correct fuel and return it to Carwiz at 168 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch Airport. Our friendly staff will inspect the vehicle and then drop you off at the front door of the Airport terminal — just a 5-minute drive away. After-hours return: If you have arranged an after-hours drop-off with Carwiz, please fill your vehicle with fuel and take it to Airpark Canterbury, 17-25 Logistics Drive, Harewood, Christchurch 8544. Park the car along the front fence line and hand the key in at the reception desk. Airpark provides an on-demand shuttle service that will drop you off at the front door of the Airport terminal. A service fee of NZD 50.00 is payable to Carwiz for this arrangement."
