We were running late and needed to contact Green motion. They did not answer their phone or respond to emails. In the end we were able to contact Easyrent cars and both Lisa and Tania were amazing. I suggest you get additional staff to answer the phone to avoid unnecessary anxiety of there are mishaps with collection. When we did arrive, the staff at Greemotion were amazing, and there is no way they could have answered the phone as they were way too busy.

Car was excellent and everything went smoothly. You need to have at least 1600GBP credit available on your credit card for the deposit so the pickup can go smoothly.

There is a limited daily mileage at the original car so that I need to add much money to change to another car for unlimited mileage as I need to drive to Manchester. No clear instruction in the airport for the shuttle bus to this Green Motion Pick up which is far away from the hotel.

Green Motion are great and their service has generally been perfectly acceptable and pleasant. They were let down by the poor heathrow hoppa service that they have to rely upon.

Good staff. I have been renting with them for a few times now and the Heathrow location is one of the best that I have rented out from.. Reaching the location is a circuitous route but the folks at Easirent are professional and do not hassle their customers...

Very fast and easy check in process. The staff at the counter was very helpful and did not try to push any insurance.. Car quality was good, in fact it was a new car..

Long wait time to receive car and initially took them a qhile to locate the car as it had been moved.

Good experience will certainly look to book through you again if yiur pricing is competitive.

45mins is too long to wait to pick up the car. Not enough staff and the process takes too long. It needs to be streamlined. I emailed on 20th July to get drop off instructions to Gatwick. No reply still after 10 days. Online instructions do not give details of what hours shuttle is available

Your price on the site does not match the amount you have to pay. About additional payment of insurance, the client finds out only on the pick-up point. All this looks like fraud towards the client .

私は日本から車の予約(小型オートマ車)と保険の加入(AXA)を済ませ、現地店舗(ロンドン•ヒースロー)では、GPS(カーナビゲーション)と追加の運転手代を支払いました。 店舗での契約時にはいくつかの難がありましたが、5泊6日間の間、ほぼ問題なく借りた車を利用することができたので、Easirentに対する評価としては5とさせていただきました。 私の経験から、今後利用される方に対しては契約時に以下の点について注意し、たとえ時間がかかったとしても一つ一つ納得しながら契約をされることを強くお勧めします。 1. 日本から予約していたGPS代と追加の運転手代が、予約時に提示されていた額よりも高く明記されていた。 注意すべきなのは予約時はUS＄表示で、現地店舗では£表示のため一見分かりにくいこと。私はスマホの貨幣単位を変換できる計算機アプリでその場で確認し、予約時の値段と違う旨を伝えたらすぐにその値段に変更されました。 →対応としては予約時の書類をプリントアウトし、値段の箇所にマーカーを引いておく、可能なら事前に現地通貨単位で値段を出しておき、店舗ですぐに提示できるようにしておくと良いと思います。 2. 既述の通り、すでに保険に加入していたにも関わらず、新たな保険への加入を勧められました。スタッフの説明としては、「もう一つ新たに保険に入りませんか」というものではなく、「あなたの保険だと、万が一交通事故や当て逃げ、パンク等が発生した場合、一度自分で損害を保証し、その代金をあとから保険会社に請求しなければならないが、うちの保険に入ればあなたへの請求はなく、直接保険で適応できる、色々な手間を考慮すると、うちの保険は便利ですよ」というものでした。契約時のデポジットの額が1500£と高額なため、一瞬心が揺らぎましたが、2重に保険をかける必要性は全くないと判断し、断りました。 →事前に保険適用の範囲と、万が一保険を利用することになった場合の手続き方法に関してEasyrentcarsのカスタマーサービスに確認をしておくことをお勧めします。私は2回質問をしましたが、両方ともすぐに返事が来ました。 3. 返却時の給油状態に関する項目 選択肢が2つあり、どちらか一方を選ばなければなりません。 1返却時に給油満タンで返却しなかった場合へのデポジット代を支払う。 2返却時に給油を済ませなくても良いように事前に料金を支払う。 これについては、私は店舗でデポジットを請求されること自体理解しておらず、一瞬戸惑いましたが、私の旅行行程では時間的に余裕があったので1を選択しました。 以上が私が契約時に難を感じた項目です。現地へ赴く前に十分な準備を済ませ、納得して現地で契約することが大切でだと思います。実際に現地スタッフは私が納得していない項目について無理に先に進めようとせず、質問した項目については嫌な顔をせず、一つ一つ説明してくれました。 車を利用の際にほぼ問題なく利用できたと書きましたが、問題が２つあり、1つ目は鍵の使い方について説明がなく、何度か防犯アラームが鳴ってしまい困りました。2つ目はこれは証明の方法がないのですが、借りた車のガソリンの表示は満タン表示になっていましたが、ガソリンの減りが著しく速く、その後同じ距離を満タンで走った時の減り具合と比較するともしかしたら表示を変更されている可能性もあるのではと思いました。 今後利用を考えている方は上記の内容を良く検討されてkyださい。少しでもお役に立てれば幸いです。

The car was great , very economical and a very comfortable ride,shuttle bus to and from airport was very efficient.

This company try to rip you off in as many ways as they possibily can. Be very very very carefull.

Pick up location requires a bus to be taken and they charge you £6 per person one way!

I booked a Ford Fiesta or similar, but got a Kia Picanto. In my opinon this is a smaller class of car. the instructions said their was a hopper bus from T5. i was unable to find one, rang the hotel to confirm which bus, only to be advised there was no hopper bus from T5 and that I would need to catch the free bus to T4 and then get a hopper bus. After flying for 24 hours this wasn't want I wanted to hear or do, so I caught an uber which was an unexpected expense. The wait time to pick up up the car was terrible, long queue, must haev taken almost an hour. Got hit with a GBP270 repair bill for a scratch on the bottom of the bumper, that really topped of my hire expereince.

I do like the Fiat 500, so it's a shame they've sent them back to the car lease co and now have Toyotas instead

The car we hired had not been cleaned and wasnt washed from outside. It felt like someone had just returned thecar and then given to us.

I was informed the Merc E Class was not available, which is understandable and would expect a ‘similar car’ in this range, however they didn’t have any other car in this category so downgraded me to a C Class which I told them is not big enough. The staff member (Clive) made promises for me to call back and change over the C class for an E class as he was ‘100% sure they will come back in stock’. I called everyday and not once did Clive return my calls nor were the staff helpful. I left 4 voicemails over a 4 day period with nobody returning my calls and even when I got through to staff, they promised to call back and never did.
