Booking through the domestic QEEQ website was very smooth. However, the company will try to sell you extra insurance when you pick up the car. You can choose based on your own needs. You can refuse it without any problem. I declined because I already purchased additional coverage on the QEEQ website. I returned the car at Heathrow Airport at 9:20 PM. The staff was very friendly and informed me that their shuttle bus runs at 9:30 PM and they would quickly process my return. Sure enough, they completed the car inspection and paperwork in about five minutes and then took the three of us to the departure terminal. Two days later, the £150 deposit was refunded to my credit card. Highly recommended.

The service was pretty good. They were extremely thorough when inspecting the car during exchange. The refund of the deposit was a bit slow.

When we went to pick up the car, they didn't provide the model we booked. They claimed that the model we booked was too small and asked us to pay an extra £760 for a larger car. When we refused, they made things difficult for us and delayed us for 2 hours before finally giving us a car.

The car was very new and the staff were friendly. There were some mistakes during the paperwork process, like the provided parking spot number not matching the license plate, which caused a vehicle change. Overall, it was fine.

Good service

I originally booked a high-end sedan (BMW 320 or similar), but upon arrival at the store, there was none available in that category. They upgraded me for free to a LAND ROVER FREELAND2, which had only 1200 miles on it and was as good as new. The car was in excellent condition. The staff, upon my request, provided the car an hour and a half early (naturally, the return time was also an hour and a half early). The whole process of picking up and returning the car was efficient, time-saving, and simple. Excellent!

It seems like they tried the usual tactic of upselling extra insurance and GPS when I picked up the car.

The company gave me a free upgrade to a new BMW, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I had an accident near my destination on the first day, but the company arranged for me to be taken to the hotel. I was very satisfied on the first day. However, things changed on the second day. The company scheduled a car inspection at the hotel from 9 to 11, but they were late. I handed the keys to the hotel administrator to handle it on my behalf. After the company towed the car away, I couldn't contact them anymore. The phone didn't work and the internet was down. I've tried many times without success and don't know how to settle this. I'm already home, and I had to use a lot of taxis. I'm not sure if I can get reimbursed.

As soon as we left the airport, we saw the ENTERPRISE shuttle bus. We hopped on and it left immediately, very convenient. There was no time for a cigarette break; we quickly arrived at the ENTERPRISE location. The staff was friendly and efficient. They didn't have the NISSAN I reserved, so they upgraded me to a VOLVO for free. The gas at the store was also slightly cheaper, so I bought a full tank. Overall, very satisfied. The car even came with a navigation system.
