We took a bus from the airport and were charged £13.6 for two people. We reserved a Volvo XC60, but we got a Mazda X5. Not sure if it’s in the same class, but it seemed like a rip-off to me. The car pickup process was very inefficient, especially during the short winter days in London. We spent nearly half an hour at the counter just to get the car, and it cost almost £19,000 for 22 days.
Overall good experience, the bus instructions were a little confusing and the bus to Drivalia is the hotel hopper, they could be more explicit in those instructions. Honestly the company should just look them over again and make them better. Mileage limit not an issue but might be for some.

it was good, my points keep 'expiring' so they are basically not worth anything, always disappointing when companies do that with loyalty points. Unclear if I got an upgrade or not having gone with the diamond membership.
The service attitude at the store was pretty good, there were no upsells, and there was no waiting in line. However, we were very dissatisfied with the handling of the accident aftermath. The accident was entirely the other party's fault, yet they still charged us £1500 when returning the car. It's been over three months since we returned home and we have yet to get our money back, with the excuse that the other party’s insurance has not compensated them.
I met kashif at the counter. He was really professional. It took 5 minutes for whole process. Car was out of my expectations. Really happy with the service. Would recommend to everyone.
Overall satisfactory. Due to a 15-hour flight delay, the staff first commented on my luggage volume, then claimed my insurance didn't cover it, but I declined both.
Everything about the car was OK but we have been changed more than 50 pounds for VAT and other nonsense. Also they charged us for a full tank while the tank was half full!! Never go for herrtz again.

It was easy and quick but they must be clear about VAT or tax etc.
I pick up the car at night so I didn't really check it thoroughly before driving off. The next morning I discovered that the seats are full of bread crumbs which is probably left by the previous user. Overall the car is ok except for dirty seats.
