Overcharged without clear explanation. They claimed it was a diesel car service fee but we didn't receive any such service. Despite paying the crossing fee to Austria ourselves, they charged an additional €15.99.

Collecting the car took a while. However the car itself was great!

Great service attitude, good value for money

The rental company was operated by Chinese. We had five people with four large suitcases, but they sent a small car to pick us up to their rental point. After loading the luggage, four people had to squeeze in the back seat.

Sometimes the queue at the counter is very long, sometimes it's completely empty. It depends on the time; on average, the wait is 10 to 20 minutes. The service attitude is alright; some are very business-like, and some are more eager to help. Encountering a good employee is a matter of luck.

Clearly explained about the insurance, no hidden traps. They gave us a Ford Escape, which was an upgrade.

The staff is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical. A car rental order with supplementary insurance paid in full 7 months ago was not fulfilled according to the terms specified in the order. Despite having over 200 days to freely change the order, vehicle model, and insurance types, they claimed 'will return to you'. Is it reasonable that the daily cost of an automatic compact car is higher than that of a BMW or Mercedes? The store charged additional fees that were more than double the already paid full cost, including supplementary insurance. Is this called professional?

Dishonest

The confirmed car model was not provided in the store. Even after contacting the rental company, we were still downgraded. The cross-border fee was less than 30 euros, but the tax was as high as about 12 euros; the tax accounted for nearly 50%.

The problem is with payment I have rent the in price of 1380 Europe but I found they take from my master card more than 2000 Europe Could you explain and how I return my rest money back

Previous rental did not include insurance. The Avis staff added insurance without informing us. Be cautious of this pitfall when renting a car.

1. Due to a train delay, I called the rental company in advance to confirm a 10-minute delay, expecting to pick up the car by 19:10. I arrived at the shop at 19:07, but the staff had already left, so I could only pick up the car the next day. 2. I booked a premium wagon, but was given a sedan instead.

They didn't give me the car I booked because I was late because of the airport process , they let me wait for 30 mins then they upgraded me .

It's nice and easy process to book .

They added unnecessary services when renting the car, charging over 100 euros extra.

Pretty good, although there was a bit of a surprise, they provided a free cushion to solve the problem
