Very efficient, brand new car, no city restrictions.

Overall, the service was good. The staff member who assisted with the car pickup was very patient and spoke good English. The return service was okay, but the staff seemed a bit impatient due to the language barrier and the large crowd.

The staff were pretty nice and enthusiastic. However, they did mention the need to buy insurance at the store, which might be due to different understandings of the two insurance models. Originally, I wanted to rent a touring car, but they gave me a Lynk & Co.

Although I mistakenly booked an electric car, I was able to switch to a brand new Skoda SUV at the store for an additional twenty euros per day. Very satisfied.

Very good, they do not cause unnecessary trouble. If you don't want to upgrade the car model or buy insurance from the store, just refuse.

The service attitude was cold and impatient. When I mentioned that I didn't want to buy insurance, they tried to trick me into hidden charges and pushed me to buy their fuel service which cost over 70 euros. It's a rip-off.

El servicio en mostrador es muy lento y malo, no son amables solo buscan la manera de cobrar más, a pesar de que ya uno trae la reservación completa en QEEQ.COM, por ejemplo les dije que estaría 3 días en Portugal y me cobraron por 9 días un"permiso para andar por Portugal" o no me lo rentaban. También me quisieron dar un carro más chico "fíat" a pesar de que ya tenía mi reservación por un Toyota, o que pagara por un Mercedes. Al entregarlo el tanque marcaba 8/10 y me dijeron que tenían que poner menos para que se registrara en el sistema. El carro lo entregué el jueves a mediodía y no me han liberado el apartado de "fianza". Son unos abusadores

The car I got was much bigger than what I booked. The roads and parking lots in Spanish towns are extremely narrow, making it difficult to drive. The car was in poor condition and had a broken taillight. The most ridiculous part: they gave me a car with 8 liters of fuel and either I had to return it with at least 8 liters, or prepay for a full tank and return it empty. This policy clearly aims to take advantage of you, as it’s nearly impossible to return it with exactly the same amount of fuel. I've rented cars in multiple countries over the years, and this is the first time I encountered such a situation! The contract amount was wrong, and the staff said they would send me the correct contract later. I waited for 4–5 days but received nothing. After multiple attempts to coordinate with the rental car company’s customer service, I finally received it, but it still had errors. This country just feels unreliable overall!

The most ridiculous part was the fuel policy: they provided the car with 8 liters of fuel and required either returning the car with no less than 8 liters or prepaying for a full tank and returning it empty. This mechanism is clearly designed to take advantage of customers, as it's impossible to return the car with exactly the right amount of fuel. In many years of renting cars in various countries in Europe, America, and Australia, this was the first time I encountered such a policy! The contract amount was incorrect. The staff promised to send me a corrected contract later, but after waiting for 4-5 days and following up multiple times with customer service, I finally received it, but it still had errors. The overall experience in this country felt very unreliable!
