The overall service was poor. The staff responsible for picking up and returning the car were very irresponsible. We had to stand under the sun for twenty minutes when picking up the car and the same happened when returning it, which almost made us miss our flight. Fortunately, the airport queues weren't as long as they used to be. PS: We called several times but no one came. Additionally, the store recommends refueling at a Shell station, but they only have 95-octane fuel, not 91. It's better to refuel elsewhere.

The experience was just so-so. The car was old, but the interior was relatively clean.

I forgot to bring my credit card when I went to the airport to pick up the car. I explained the situation in detail and contacted customer service, asking if I could use Alipay or pay cash at the store, but I was refused. The response was that I couldn't pick up the car and wouldn't get a refund. In the end, I couldn't rent the car and had to take a taxi to the city to rent another car. The company said it was my responsibility and decided not to refund me. Can't the company that collaborates with Alipay accept Alipay as a guarantee? Can't I use cash as a deposit and get it back a month after returning the car? Sigh. A few days' rental fee went down the drain and there was no way to complain. I can only learn from this experience.

The service was excellent. I bought insurance, and the staff pointed out any scratches. Just taking photos and recording a video was sufficient.

Be careful when renting a car in Thailand. I got fined a huge amount for the durian smell. I had to catch a flight urgently, otherwise, I would have cleaned the car myself.
