They kept pushing insurance, even after I repeatedly refused. They wouldn't let me go and described all kinds of frightening scenarios. In the end, I couldn't resist and spent an extra $180. It was really annoying. They didn't care if there was a long line behind. This time it took an hour to get the car, probably because they kept pestering every customer. Also, they didn't care what car you booked; you could just take any car yourself. Nobody checked.

More than 2 years old, and run almost 80k miles says it all. Low tire-pressure and required oil change during the time are also below expectations. The people at the counter and pick-up were great. Fast working. The person at the drop of was in a terrible mood.

Absolutely loved this SUV! Had a ton of space and made a pleasant trip with kids! The only complaint is that the vehicle wasn’t very clean.. Found a few old hard chicken nuggets between the seats, and animal hair imbedded into the carpet in the back. But, otherwise no complaints!
